Complete 100 reps total of each movement between the two of you. One partner will rest while the other one works. Keep track of total reps and move on to the next move once you hit a combined total of 100.
For a more advanced challenge, have each partner complete 100 reps (200 reps total). You can also time yourselves and repeat the workout every few weeks to see how you’re improving!
